Grey anatomy-1st series 2nd episode-The First Cut is the Deepest

For someone not wishing to date her boss, Meredith pounces on him with a kiss when they're alone in a hospital elevator. The other interns, meanwhile, are having their own issues when the cocky Alex is added to Dr. Bailey's team. He joins Cristina is delivering the news to patients of their lab results. Everyone of patient 's family delighted as they informed of the good news and hug them.They hates it.

Izzie, fortunately, has a chance to practice some "real medicine" as she sews up minor cuts and injuries in A& E. She also is bombarded by pleas from a chinese woman who cannot speak English but speak cxantonese. It turns out this patient's daughter needs medical assistance, but lacks a green card. The good-hearted Izzie treats the bloody girl in the parking lot and ask them not to inform hospital.

The confident Dr. Burke, discovers that he's no longer first in line for Chief Resident. Dr. Webber brought in his former student, Sheppard, to compete for the position. There seems to be another, unknown reason why Sheppard left New York, however.

Meredith isn't aware of any of this yet, though, because she's been busy carrying around a severed penis all day (victim who bite the penis off during sexual assault). victim is now fighting for her life in the hospital. Sheppard impresses Meredith with how sensitive he is to this poor, lonely woman - but it's not enough for another kiss. When Meredith has a chance to ride the elevator with him again, she chooses the stairs instead.
Meredith also choosing the house mate. At the end, she choose Izzie and George.
